Recommended Programs
I like to use programs that make sense and don't have a lot of bull attached to them. I recommend programs all the time. Some of them are even free! It really doesn't matter what a program cost after all, it matters if it WORKS. So all together now
let's find things that work.

Remember these are Windows based versions that I am recommending, but they do have other versions.
Photo Programs: If you like to tinker or even really get serious I have a couple of hints for you.

Photofiltre: A free program for those of you that just want the bare basics in an editing program. No fatty anything.
I use it frequently when I am just wanting to size things etc Click here to Download it. - Paint Shop Pro: This program has changed names over the years, but if you are really ready to get serious and don't like the heavy Adobe Photoshop, Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 is probably the best for you. Webpage Editors:
- For real beginners: Frontpage is great for folks that are doing some minor web page work. It is called a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) Editor.
